I have pcos. I was on birth control to manage the symptoms for about 3 years I decided to come off of birth control and try to conceive the beginning of December I went to the doctor on March 2nd because I was having a lot of pain and bleeding turns out I was pregnant about 8 weeks but it was an ectopic pregnancy I am currently 6 days out from my period and I'm having a lot of symptoms that I normally don't have I am nauseous I have back aches and fatigue and some pain in my pelvic area could I be pregnant I have taken a test and it said negative is it too early to show on a hpt?
