I need help

So back history I had a miscarriage or chemical two years ago and we finally took our first round of clomid this cycle. I ovulated a couple days before my husband left for Air Force business. I wanted this so bad and I’m not sure if I’m imagining it. This is a 4 hour hold with minimal liquid intake on 9dpo I think. My positive opk and my temp dip where about three days apart
