Postpartum pooping...ugh!
Anyone else find their vaginal bleeding increases with a bowel movement?
Constipated and super uncomfy - started taking a stool softener the other day but no improvement yet. Scared for bowel movements because I dont want excess vaginal bleeding. :(::::
