so I'm 3 weeks pp with csection. I'm having a weird tugging like sensation in my right side/abdomen that comes & goes. It's not painful it's more like annoying. Idk if this is normal or what?? When I stand up it feels like it's tugging a little. Idk if it could be gas pains, or maybe I'm moving around too much ..nothing on my body feels normal anymore, and I don't want to do anything to make things worse & make the healing process longer. What are you experiences with csections how did you feel after? Also, I noticed a tiny dot of blood on my underwear from my incision now I'm freaking out that I tore something..idk I just need reassurance
