Here I am again lol please give me advice

This maybe slightly long lol.. me and boyfriend had unprotected sex on the 6th and 7th I didn’t really think much about it and continued with my daily life lol, so a week ago my period was supposed to start and it hasn’t, I have spotted on and off but nothing to even fill up a pad.. it is pink and sometimes brown

***tmi*** I did spot and cramp also after I orgasm, which normally would happen if my period was coming

I have been having cramps nothing horrific it’s mostly in my back and pelvis, but it radiates to my legs which is annoying..

I’m slightly nauseous but I do have acid reflux really bad, I took a dollar test last Wednesday and it was negative, I’m not really stressing about it because I’ll be okay about a baby either way..

So update, today I noticed watery milky discharge, but it was kinda stringy it had like a streak of blood.. and I been having gas.. and pooping a lot kinda like when my period comes on, also I been having slight cramps all day but also been having this pain on my right side only, it radiates down my back and my legs and hip.. also I been having like sharp pains In my vagina.... anyone ever had this issue in early pregnancy.. I’m going to wait a couple weeks to too and see if my ever period comes on.. what do you guys think?
