TMI pic but need some advice

Soo, I am chaffing down there. And it’s fucking annoying but as I was looking at it I noticed those two bumps? Do you think they’re skin tags ? Honestly the only reason I’m concerned is because I’ve had multiple guys cheat on me, I don’t think they look like genital warts but I just want a second opinion.
