For the past couple of days I’ve been having pain in the center of my nipple? I do not think I am pregnant since I am on combination birth control pills plus we use a condom every time we have sex. I had a period this month already and my next period is in about two weeks?

The rest of my boobs don’t hurt but only my nipples, like if it brushes against my shirt or if I touch it? It’s like a burning type of pain I guess. I sleep on my stomach and they don’t bother me at all. I also don’t think my boobs are growing in any way. What could this be from?
