Need to Share Progress Here


I don't want to sound like I'm bragging to my friends/family, but I'm so proud of myself. so I wanted to share with everyone here. after my miscarriage 2 years ago I stopped exercising and really got into a slump. I got refocused this spring and tried a variety of things, I get bored very easily. I found myself really enjoying yoga and have stuck with it for over 3 months. I'm almost back to my healthy weight, but more importantly I feel better than I have in years. I'm so happy and grateful for everyone on this app for all the support this year! You've truly helped me on this journey. 💗
