TTC#2 and boobs leaking

We’re TTC #2. My DS is a little over 2.5 years old, and I stopped breastfeeding him when he was 13 months. I have never leaked milk since I cut him cold turkey and my milk dried up. I’m currently 8 DPO according to the glow app. Along with severe cramping yesterday, my breasts have felt heavy and sore all day today. I finally gave in and begged my Hubby to massage them, and a few seconds later I was leaking white milk! Could this be an early pregnancy sign?! Has anyone ever experienced anything like this before? It’s too early to get an accurate test result right?
