What is going on down there??

So in May my husband and I started our 2nd round of Clomid. I usually dont have regular periods, but since starting Clomid and metformin they became regular. i tested with home opk. I never got a postive test. Fast forward a few weeks later I finally got a postive opk. So we did the dirty!!! Last Sunday I went to the bathroom when I wiped there was a single drop of bright blood and lots brown watery discharge. I just assumed I was spotting. I am still bleeding but it is like brown watery dicharge. No red blood at all. I havent had any cramps when I usually do. I took a pregnancy test it was negative. I just down know what is going on. I know super long post and TMI just wondering if any other ladies had this happened before?
