I'm 4 days late with a negative home pregnancy test. I don't want to be pregnant, should I be worried?

If you don’t want to be pregnant than yes otherwise it happens this past month I was almost 10 days late with negative test I was waiting for my appointment and I finally got my period. It can be late for many reason, like changing your diet suddenly working out or stress

If you want to get pregnant, then no, you shouldn’t be worried. If you’re trying to avoid it, then yeah, maybe. You could very well have ovulated late and it would mean your HCG levels aren’t high enough to read on a home test.
