how long would you wait to have another baby

My two are 19 months apart and it’s superrrr freaking hard. BUT I’m so looking forward to a few years from now when they’re best buddies. I think it will be so nice to have kids developmentally similar in age who will share similar interests their entire childhood. A larger age gap would definitely make things easier during the newborn stage though as the older sibling would be more independent and able to help out more

I want to wait at least a year and go from there. I’d like to not buy diapers for 2 kids lol

I had a csection and my doc said we should wait at least six months before actively trying.  That said, I would be happy and content with just the one little perfect guy we have.  Not saying we will stop, just that right now stopping is more of an option then I thought it would be.  I think it’s because both baby and I were in a pretty dangerous situation at the birth and I’m just not sure I want to risk it again - don’t want to leave my little guy without a mom.

I’m so in love with my daughter (and so traumatized by the process of pregnancy and birth and it’s affects on my mind/body) that I’m debating whether I want another at all. I’m trying to stay open to a 2nd in 3 years or so for my husband’s sake, since he really wants a second...but I’m not sure I have it in me.

I already want another one 😭 my baby girl will be 2 months on the 9th. but I know it will be extremely hard with 2 little ones running around everywhere
