Hubby came but nothing came out?

So me and my hubby had sex tonight (Pos opk today) and when he finally came (he said he did) I got up to clean up as usual and nothing leaked out, I mean nothing at all, so I decided to be a fool (sorry tmi) and reach inside to see if I could pull any out and nothing, no smell of semen whatsoever. So my question is, has this happened to anyone's hubby or bf? We haven't had sex since yesterday and I'm bummed because I'm about to ovulate

UPDATE: My hubby went to the doc to be examined and as it turns out he did ejaculate and it was dispersed into his bladder. This can happen on occasion and poses no health threat. Thank you to those who responded with maturity
