Lump in groin area?

Help! 
Been there for 2weeks first it was really small then got bigger until now. Not painful unless i press it. And i think this is not a pimple or boil too, cuz there’s no hole or head. Is there anyone know what this is? What to do? Really need some advice before i go to a doctor.

I get those....it’s from my underwear “pinching “ my skin.  It’s a pimple type thing.  Sometimes it just goes away on its own.  Other times it actually comes to a head and pops.  I clean the area sometimes with my face soap and put my acne spit cream on it.  Hurts like a bitch if it pops.  Sometimes I put a waterproof bandaid on it to protect it and me from pain.

did you figure out what it was? i’ve had a similar thing happen to me and it ended up leaking/bursting w pus/blood

Could be a boil trying to peak through. I get them from pads. But you have no redness or irritation. I would get checked to be safe

I get those a week or two after shaving . It usually goes away in a couple of weeks
