Ketogenic diet and pregnancy

I have been practicing low carb high fat eating for quite some time before I decided to get pregnant. I’m 7weeks now and only the thought of eggs, meats, fish, cheeses and avocado makes me nauseous. For someone who stayed away from bread for such a long time the fact that the bread and other carbs are the only thing my body is craving right now is so frustrating. I don’t want to gain too much weight!! But most of the days I end up giving up ( bread 🍞 tastes so good!) Luckily I don’t eat too much.

Any used to be keto people here?
