Do men become more sensitive to sex?

Do men become more sensitive to vaginal fluids as they age? My partner is in his 30s (I'm about to turn 30) and for the past year or so, our sex life has become quite bad.

We used to have sex for like 20 plus minutes now I'm lucky if it last 5-10 minutes. He says that he is very sensitive to my fluids and that it makes him cum when I'm really wet. Is that normal? Do guys cum more easily with age or is it normal for their partners fluids to excite them so much that they cum so quickly when they never used to?

We have started talking about it and he doesnt know why it started happening, he just says his extra sensitive to my wetness.
