I’m newly pregnant and looking for advice on what things I will definitely need to buy for the baby before he or she arrives. What are your top essentials for a new mum-to-be? What things could you not have done without? What did you buy that you later found that you didn’t need?

I know I will need things like: Steriliser, bottles, car seat, cot/crib, pram/stroller, nappies/diapers and bag, baby monitor, baby clothes.

What do I need and what can I live without?I don’t want to just go off an internet list, and would rather get advice from you lovely parents who have been there!
