Anxiety and exercise anybody else

OK little background I know I have anxiety I also have a strikingly beautiful amazing two-year-old daughter so recently I've been to fixate on her health and well-being and it's caused by anxiety to go out of control and now it's taken a turn and I'm not sure what to do with it before I was a stay at home mom I was a personal trainer I've always love to exercise but now I'm exercising up to five hours a day and fasting 2-4 days a week and someways it's really helped my anxiety but now I'm concerned it's getting out of hand anybody go through this FYI I'm not underweight at all in fact I could use to lose a few LBs so there is that too
