Ok mamas tell me what worked for you when you introduced a bottle to your EBF baby. How long did it take for your baby to accept the bottle easily? days, weeks, months? Does it take your baby longer to feed from a bottle than it does from the breast?

I EBF and my daughter is almost 5 weeks. She starts daycare when she is almost 10 weeks and I go back to work. we have been trying since 3 weeks to teach her to drink from a bottle but things are not going well. she screams when the nipple comes near her mouth. IF my husband gets her to take it it's only after lots of screaming and many hours and then she will only drink Max of 2 ounces and this takes 45-60 mins because she mostly just plays around with the nipple. we are in the process of trying different bottles, positions and locations, and I just ordered some latex nipples.

does anyone have any tips for bottle feeding? or just share your experiences and maybe it will calm my anxiety about leaving her at daycare if she still is not taking bottle well.
