I switched from folic acid prenatals to prenatals with the more natural form of methylated folate....which are more readily processed by your body. I used Thorne research prenatals. But I also did a lot of blood tests to try to figure out what was wrong to cause two miscarriages.

Not that this mattered at all but after my miscarriage at around 8-9 weeks I switched to Zahler Prenatals+DHA (check on Amazon). I’m currently 30 weeks with my rainbow. Good luck!

The only thing I took while trying to conceive was prenatals. Vitamins are completely pointless. It's much better for you to just have a well-balanced diet. If you're eating properly, vitamins are unnecessary.
