How long until I stop spotting on the iud?

Hey ladies I got my iud on June 27th, it’s a low hormone called liletta. Does anyone else have it? Does anyone know when I’ll stop spotting?

Nobody can say for sure. Not only is bleeding/spotting common during the first 3-6 months while ur body is adjusting to the birth control, but progestin only methods like hormonal IUDs/Liletta, are most known for causing irregular bleeding/spotting patterns at any given time, regardless of how long u have been on the birth control.

I had it for 3 weeks after getting Mirena. It's normal for the first 6 months though.
