Diagnosed with GH!
So yesterday I was diagnosed with gestational hypertension at 20 weeks exactly due to having elevated blood pressure two consecutive appointments. Doc said it’s not worrisome yet but can become serious. Any ideas on how I can get it down? Anyone with the same issues? Just really not wanting to deliver him early or put him at risk in any way.
