Boyfriend Family Issues

My boyfriends mom has cancer and needs help at home. His grandma moved in with them to help take care of her but she’s always getting on him for not helping enough around their house. She also attacks him when he goes to see me and makes him feel like a horrible person if he chooses to spend the day with me instead of help them. She literally asked him oh does your girlfriend not have a job, why do She have so much free time to spend with her? Wtf why is that any of your business. Fuck that woman.... totally not going over that house again.
