Breast cancer?? Am I being paranoid

This morning i woke up and my left breast was alittle itchy but not so much that I’d think anything of it I scratched alittle and was on my way and then I noticed this rash appear so like all millennials I googled what might be wrong with me and the first thing that came up was breast cancer and then all the pictures look just like what I have???!!!! Please tell me this isn’t cancer I’m only 17 I’m ganna be 18 I less than a month I’m not ready for something like that.Should I book a doctors appointment or am I just overreacting?!
