Depo Shot

Today I got my second dose of the depo shot. I got it back in April and I have been non stop bleeding since June. The doctor said I should stop bleeding with this second shot and it’s only been an hour and I am very anxious for it to go away. For ladies who have had this and have had it go away with another shot, how quick does is end the period?
