Has anyone else eaten loads of arugula this pregnancy?

With all the romaine scares, I feel like I have been eating TONS of arugula all throughout my pregnancy! Anyone else been hooked on this vegetable? 🌱

I’ve always been more a fan of arugula and spinach so pregnancy is no different. Had arugula and spinach salad for dinner, with feta and chickpeas! So good.

My doula says dark leafy greens protect your perineum. So I’ve been eating kale and spinach every chance i get!

Romaine is fine now. Don’t eat pre cut fruit! It’s always something 😒

Yes but I was raised to love it... Since pregnancy I’ve been having this salad every day. Arugula, lots of lemon juice, red onions, tomatoes salt/pepper. Sometimes I mix it with other greens and add vinegar/cucumbers/avo oil.

Has anyone else eaten loads of arugula this pregnancy?
