Braxton Hicks/ Contractions
now that I've been getting Braxton hicks/contractions more frequently and there becoming a little more painful, they aren't as bad as I thought. I can honestly say that they feel like the beginnings of an ulcerative colitis flare up. A U.C. flare up is worse though. contractions you can time a flare up has a mind of its own
