Where did my milk go?

I have been exclusively breastfeeding my baby girl since she was born 6 weeks ago. However I’ve noticed I only get about an ounce & a half from a boob when I pump. How do I increase my milk supply? 😫

Some women don’t respond to pumps.
You can try;
Eating oatmeal/lactation cookies
Ensure your eating enough calories
Drinking plenty of water or Gatorade, essentially keep hydrated 
Stay away from fenugreek as it can tank some women’s supply 
Try power pumping

Pumping is NOT an indication of supply. Your milk will start to regulate and make whatever your baby needs.

Don’t get discouraged if you don’t see a full bottle of milk when you pump ! It doesn’t mean that’s all baby is getting - it actually means your baby is eating well ! If he/she is having wet diapers, gaining weight, means everything is ok mama

Make sure you’re drinking plenty of water. I’m telling you, I seriously can’t stress it enough, hydration can make or break nursing!!!

you're supply regulated, it's normal. also, you're likely making enough as baby extracts a lot more than any pump can. as long as baby is gaining and having enough wet diapers youre good
