Sign of pregnancy?

I’m 13dpo and for the last few days my uterus feels like it keeps twitching. It’s the weirdest feeling but I keep getting negative tests. Could this be a sign and I just don’t have enough hormone to show up yet? Anyone else have a twitching uterus before their bfp?
