Gender help please

So i was told 2 weeks ago when i had to get rush to the er and they performed an ultrasound. The ultrasound tech at the er told i was having a Girl! But today i went for anatomy scan and they told me I'm having a boy but this ultrasound doesn't look right or something to me. What do you think?
