So I'm returning to the world of periods after nine years on the implant and over the last decade my IC symptoms have gotten worse. I find that tampons are increasing that never ending sensation of having to pee, regardless of size. Also, I purchased a Diva cup and can't use it, for the same reason. I end up straining to relieve that sensation and pretty much push out whatever I'm using. What do you ladies do to remedy this, other than use pads? Do you feel like having anything pressing against your urethra increases the pain and urges to go?
