I remember I wasn’t sore until the day after and it was a day or two after before it felt back to normal. 
Probably weren’t wet enough or had enough time for your vagina to get ready. Or even if you were wet really fast, your vagina still needs time to prepare! They say about 20 minutes of four play before penetration.

im not 100% sure what is completly normal on this but with my first time I was only sore while we were having sex. but then like 5 minutes after we quit, I was feeling completly normal down there. however to each individual its different.
