How often do you do the BD?

How often do you guys do the BD whole thing? My dr said every other day on the 10th day of your cycle for 10 days. Is that the same info you ladies got? Thanks all!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Depends on the person. If you have a normal cycle, that works. If you don’t, you could miss your window. If you have a 28-30 day cycle, that advice is fine :) if you read Taking Charge of Your Fertility, it will help you learn all the signs of ovulation and how to better understand your cycle.

my obgyn said the same thing, but we bd every other day from the time my period stops until the next one starts.
