I love my bf dearly and I’ve been having trouble trusting him lately because he’s always looking at girls even tho he says he’s not .. in public on his phone ect.. is well I need some advice or tips on how to just love him and not give a fuck who he looks at or what he looks at on his phone .. 😭😭😭

I'm gonna be honest here and most people won't like it but whatever. 
it is completely normal for someone to look at someone of the other gender. whether it's out of attraction or just looking at people ( ie people watching). I am the jealous type but I know when to not be jealous. for example, in this situation I wouldnt be be jealous. however if your man starts flirting or stares at these women too for such a long period of time that it becomes worrisome, that's when you gotta start cracking down. tell him how you feel about it and what it seems like to you. COMMUNICATION IS KEY. if he doesn't accept it and starts flipping out on you, then you should realize there is a problem with trust in the relationship and reevaluate

Some people can be okay with things like that and that’s fine, but it’s also okay to not be okay with it!! Easier said than done and I know it’s not the advice you were asking for but find someone who respects you enough to not do those things! There IS a man out there who will stare at you in a room full of other women. You can’t change who you are and how you feel about things like that. You’ll just remain unhappy and feeling like you aren’t good enough. Sometimes it’s harmless, even we can’t help but to look at other women sometimes but obviously it’s excessive and not harmless if you felt the need to make this post. But if you decide it’s not worth leaving over just do things that make you feel more secure with yourself and love yourself more. Maybe there’s even a way he can give you more reassurance and maybe that will help.

I have this same problem, It makes me feel insecure about myself, sometimes to the point I want to leave and just be alone with my kids for the remainder of my life 😢

As my father used to say he can look but he couldn’t touch. He is in a relationship not dead. If he is always totally into you and not straying go other women than I don’t think it’s a problem
