I’ve had a terrible stomach ache all day...
Woke up at 5am with a pretty bad stomach ache and it’s been hurting all day. 14 hours later I feel nauseas beyond bloated and just the bad stomach ache. I’m 12 weeks. Does this sound like I need to go to the ER or maybe wait it out?
