So im going on a mission trip with my dad and during the trip I supposedly get my period! But the thing is we are going to help build up a town and the community there, which is great but I don’t know were I should through away my dirty pads like if there is a trash can great! But like I’m just worried cause we are meant to go swimming and I don’t know how to use a tampon so things might get messy! Help?
