Prenatal side affects?

My ob/gym suggested I start taking prenatals while trying to conceive.
They seem to make my stomach extremely upset and nauseous. Is there anything I can take to help alleviate these symptoms?

try gummy ones they don't have iron in them which isn't needed until second trimester. It's what's most likely to be the cause of the upset stomach. I can't tolerate them either.

I take the gummies, will switch brands once I became pregnant that have folate in them.

Have it was huge glass of water and some crackers or piece of bread

Definitely take them with a meal. Before I did that I got super nauseous too. Now I’m fine! ☺️

I have to take a tablet form. Nothing with like a power or liquid inside a capsule! Also, make sure you eat something before and possibly take them before bed.

Night. Yeah, I have that problem with many vitamins. I thought I was pregnant because I was dizzy and lightheaded but it was the pills. fine at night for me.

Try taking folic acid on its own, that’s really all you need to have on board when Ttc.
