My major is Criminal Justice and I LOVE IT. It’s really interesting and I wouldn’t trade for anything (3 semesters left until graduation)

I love Forensic Psychology, it’s worth it

I have one and i think it’s useless. In fact i was told by multiple agencies they won’t hire those with a CJ major and prefer other behavior sciences because CJ majors “think they know it all”

I think it’s always helpful to have *any* degree, but it’s not as useful as, say, an accounting degree. (This coming from a woman with a Bachelor’s in Liberal Studies.)

I have a degree in CJ and a minor in psychology. My career now has nothing to do with my degree.

I was told when I took it in high school there’s no point because you’ll learn all that stuff on the job. But hey, do what feels right for you!

Just as long as you use it to do GOOD and change the corruption we have within our justice system. BE THE CHANGE.

Depends on the University you go to and what you plan on doing in the future. If you plan on doing something in law/go to law school do not major in Criminal Justice. My boyfriend goes to law school right now and they tend to put down those people or they do not get into law school. Undergrad, which I am assuming you are talking about, is simply a stepping stone to where you want to be!! I just graduated from college with my major as Biomedical engineering and I got into the med schools of my choices, opposed to others who are Biology majors along with the rest of the pod. Make yourself stand out!! The most important thing to do in college is work hard and get good grades, from that you can do almost anything!
