Pain during and after sex

I often experience cramping and pain during and after sex in my abdomen.

Sometimes my boyfriend will go too deep or hard and I ask him to slow down or be gentle and he complies momentarily but then continues being a bit too rough.

I will sometimes bleed after sex and that can be even if he isnt being so rough.

Is my body not as aroused as I think it is?

I’m quite shy and don’t really like for him to go down on me or anything like that.

What should I do to help myself be ready for sex properly?
