Help!!!! Any advice guys

Ok so my period went off on June 8th(June 1st-8th) and 12 days later (June 20th-24th) it returned. My cycle is usually pretty regular and very consistent. I don't believe it was implantation bleeding because it wasn't light. My boobs have also been extremely sore since my "2nd" period went away which is also strange being that today is July 4th. Any suggestions?
