I have been using one step pregnancy tests since 8dpo and getting Bfns, but something told me yesterday to test with Frer and I got a line back! not even a squinter, there was definitely a line. I even used two tests to confirm because I couldn’t believe it!!

I used a couple other brands yesterday to confirm and nothing showed on them. But they were all lower sensitivity that frer and One Step, so I wasn’t necessarily expecting them to show so early.

Today I tested again to confirm and see if the line was getting darker and this morning it was darker On frer, and even shows on a Poundstretcher 99p for two (sensitivity 25m!) but still nothing on the one step strip! Which is meant to be more sensitive at 10m!

I really did feel like something was off, but if I hadn’t tested with frer then I probably wouldn’t have seen a line until tomorrow, maybe even the day after! Or they could just be faulty! Which is so disheartening.

I’m 10 DPO today, not due AF til Sunday which is crazy. I’m sure I would have had a BFP on 8 Dpo if I’d used FRER instead of the One Step strips.

Maybe One Step have got a dodgy batch on Amazon ? So just be aware!
