pulling in lower abdomin

so tonight no we that im not moving anymore and im finally relaxed ive noticed that i have a weird pulsing or may e pulling sensation in my lower left abdomin and friday i had some spotting im due dor af in like 6 days amd i had taken a test Friday but it came up neg any ideas to what might me going on should i just wait the 6 days or go buy a test and see what happens been ttc for 2yrs but really in to checking everything last 6 mo
