I had an STD and took treatment and symptoms came back so i got tested again. It came back all clear. Is there still a chance i have PID if my doctor has did a cervical exam and tested me for various things? My abdominal pain and back pain could be from IBS or my anxiety, I have no discharge or irregular bleeding. i was told it was all clear but i know PID is hard to diagnose.
