Hi ladies,

This is my first post. Please bear with me. I'm 42 and had an ectopic pregnancy in January with emergency surgery. My fiance and I have been ttc again since March. On last Sunday a week before my period I had brown spotting (only once) for the next few days I had very light pink spotting only when I wiped. Now one week later period is really heavy (changing pad or tampon every hour and a half) with back pain and mild cramps. I passed a clot that was the size of a silver dollar...now I have no more back pain and the blood is slowing. Can someone please help me understand.. Was this a miscarriage?
