How to not overeat on my totm??
On the week leading up to me period I eat so much more than usual and I can’t stop myself. It’s not even specific cravings for anything; I just want food :( this means I put on even more weight on top of the weight I put on due to hormones, and the exercise I do just isn’t enough.
Has anyone got any tips on how to stop myself from over indulging in food?
