38w5d pregnant and today I cannot walk without the crippling pain of Sciatica, way more than usual. Anyone know why it's happening so often?

My first did that to me. It’s the pressure. Try doing some stretches, yoga poses and swimming. It helped mine and she finally moved off of it and it resolved.

Yea unfortunately you should just stop walking. I stopped work at 37 weeks because of it and I didn’t even walk much. But now that I’m hope and only walk to the bathroom or a few other short trips, I feel a lot better. Like a million times. 
Try a heating pad, Tylenol and sciatica stretches. But stay off your feet as much as possible.
