What in the heck is this

So I know that you guys aren't all doctors and that I should go to one. I don't have medical insurance but I'm still gonna go to one next week. Anyway i got this on my foot and wanted to know if you guys had any idea on what it is. The top red part has been there for over a month and the blisters keep coming back....pls help

dyshhidrodic eczema? I used to get really bad flare ups on my feet and hands. usually arch of foot and I nbetween fingers. the older I get the less flare ups I have. haavent had any on feet in years and once or twice a year on hands.....

I get those blisters on the bottom of my right foot. One will form and then more and they cluster. I’ve never gone to the dr for it because they only come out in the summer and they don’t cause me any pain. They just itch a little sometimes. I’ve always figured it’s allergies for me, but google searches say that they could be planters warts. If I break them only clear fluid comes out, then I’ll put some neosporin on with a bandaid and that keeps them away for a few weeks.
