how do you stay cool in the heat? i am roasting!

I am dieing i can't hardly go outside with out thinking i am going to pass out or something. Just walked from the car to the house and thought to myself its got to be 100 degrees out. its only 86!! how do you survive this heat?  anything that help you? i am drinking plenty to!

I legit don't know, I walk like 20-30 minutes to work in the blazing heat everyday then about 40 minute's to my second job and then a 5-10 minute walk home from there and its hot in the night and day and its sooooo damn hot but all I can so is carry a water bottle with me and keep drinking, ive got no other ways XD

I can’t even leave the house anymore. We went to the grocery store the other day, and the walk from the parking lot to the store had me totally dizzy and feeling like I was gonna pass out. It was 100 degrees out, and I foolishly thought I could handle it. WRONG. We live in Nashville and the humidity out here is terrible. I literally can’t even breathe out there. I don’t think I’ll be leaving my house until Fall rolls around... lol
