I need help making a diet plan and sticking to it... please help..
I’m 5’2 and I weigh 162.1 lbs and I want to lose 32 lbs starting out then if the diet works lose more. I had recently been in the hospital and had been put on a clear liquid diet while there. I had lost some weight but it felt like I had been starving myself. So if anyone has any good diet plans and/or at home work outs that would be great.
