Deodorant for my musky pits

After having my 2nd baby 2 years ago, my armpits get so musky smelling even after a few minutes of being outside in any sort of heat. I feel it’s a shift in hormones. No matter how much deodorant and different types I’ve used, I still have such a strong musk!

Can anyone recommend a good antiperspirant that’s had similar issues??
